Program Type:Health and Wellness
Kathleen Busching will lead a 45-minute class following Dr. Paul Lam's Qigong for Health. Qigong is a series of movements that cultivate Qi, our life force energy. No prior experience is necessary. The movements can be done seated or standing. This program will be in-person in the large meeting room at CCPL's Eldersburg Branch.
All attendees need to register.
Please wear a mask during this program. Due to the nature of this program, wearing a mask helps protect all attendees, especially those most vulnerable.
