Program Type:Health and Wellness
This gentle yoga class, taught by Rebecca Berg, is designed to allow students of various abilities and physical conditions to comfortably develop his or her own yoga practice. There are many appealing aspects of yoga, including increased flexibility, relaxation, strength, improved balance, as well as stress and pain relief. No experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing; bring a mat, one or two yoga blocks, a strap or belt, and a blanket.
