Come meet local heroes from the Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Company. We will have a brief storytime, a presentation from the fire fighters, and get to see a fire truck up close. Don't forget your cameras!

Come to the library and read a story to a book-loving dog. Research shows that reading to animals can boost reading skills in children as well as help with emotional and social skills. Registration preferred, but walk-ins welcome!
