Experience the benefits of a deep relaxation session in this inwardly focused yoga class. Through gentle asanas (comfortable stretching), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), an introduction to pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation, we work from the physical body to the subtle bodies, restoring and inviting peace to our being. No experience necessary. If possible have a mat and a blanket available.
