Laurel Brennan will facilitate a gentle vinyasa yoga for brain health, with a focus on pranayama (breath work), and relaxation. Modifications will be offered for chair yoga as well. We will finish class with yoga nidra, a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation." Please bring props to support your maximum comfort (i.e. yoga mat, pillows, blankets, eye mask). Laurel Brennan is an occupational therapist, yoga instructor, and functional medicine practitioner. Please fill out the attached waiver and bring it to this event.
