Yoga Nidra is the state of dynamic sleep. It is a powerful technique where you relax consciously, inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. We will go through a five-stage process that begins with a body scan to engage one’s physicality. It incorporates meditation on the breath, the balancing of emotional states, visualization, and self-healing. For your comfort, besides your mat, you may want to bring a blanket, pillow, and eye mask. For those not comfortable on the floor, this can be done in a chair as well.
