Members of the Union Mills Homestead community offer their insights on the history of the historic site as it celebrates its 225th Anniversary in 2022. Founded in 1797 as a joint venture by Andrew and David Shriver, Jr., six generations of the Shriver family lived at the site and collaborated on a variety of agricultural-based industries over a period of 160 years.
