Sustainability and food waste are important year-round but especially relevant as we celebrate Earth Day this month. Join Weis Dietitian Christina Pelletier, MS, RDN, LDN, to learn how to live more sustainably, both in and outside the grocery store. The presentation will be followed by a Crunchy Broccoli and Apple Slaw recipe demonstration that participants will be able to sample.
