First of a multi-part series of kitchen skills development. Programs will be offered monthly on a wide range of topics. Session One will cover the fundamentals of working in a kitchen: cooking terminology, basic knife skills, basic measuring skills, using a thermometer, basic food safety, cookware, bakeware, mixers and blenders, small wares, setting up a pantry, and emergency substitutions. Suitable for home and workplace development skill-building.
