Stretch-a-long with our chef! In this class, you'll transform fresh curds into yummy mozzarella. We'll finish by making several delicious recipes to taste. Dishes include Sfoglia, Mozzarella Caprese Skewers, and Margherita Flatbread. This is a hands-on cooking class.
