In this interactive session, participants will pause to reflect on the past 90 days, set their focus, and develop an action plan to align their time and energy with what matters most to them. We’ll explore how to evaluate what’s working (and what’s not), identify the life area that would create the greatest positive impact if improved, and define a clear, realistic 90-day goal. From there, we’ll translate goals into weekly plans using time blocking, simple habit-stacking techniques, and practical routines that help plans stick. Attendees will leave with a defined focus, a structured weekly plan, and tools they can continue using long after the session ends. Ideal for busy adults balancing work and/or family schedules, those navigating significant life transitions, and anyone looking for a calm, structured way to move forward with clarity and intention.
