Gather for a "Taste of Brazil Via Westminster." Learn about and enjoy select deserts from the amazing country of Brazil with Anna Luisa Hoover! Anna is the wife of Garrett Hoover, President of Carroll Hospital. She has graciously agreed to share her culinary skills and bring Rio Carnival from her home country to the Carroll County community this fall during the Carroll Hospital Auxiliary Ball on November 2. In anticipation of that evening, our first stop is in the kitchen where sweet and savory meet. Join us on a flavorful journey.
