This gentle yoga class is designed to allow students of various abilities and physical conditions to comfortably develop their own yoga practice. There are many appealing aspects of yoga, including increased flexibility, relaxation, strength, improved balance, as well as stress and pain relief. No experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing; bring a mat and a blanket.
