The Finksburg Planning and Citizens' Council will be holding a Commissioner Candidate Forum at the Finksburg Branch Public Library on June 23, 2022 from 6:30PM - 7:45PM. Ken Kiler and David Reese will be joining us. They are the candidates for Carroll County Commissioner District #2. Join us for this unique opportunity to meet the candidates running to represent us on the county board of commissioners.
