It is almost certain that Marylanders will vote to approve recreational/adult-use cannabis in the November election. The questions then become what is the impact? Come explore and discuss the political, social, cultural and economic changes that recreational/adult-use cannabis will bring.  From new jobs and additional tax revenues to the consequences of having cannabis fully legal will be discussed and explored. Presenter: Shad Ewart
