Explore concepts of constitutional scrutiny while dissecting the majority and dissenting opinions in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. This session will be an apolitical, intellectual discussion, and review the Court’s ruling. To get the most out of the session, please read the case in advance.
