Sleep is an important nutrient, too! Join Weis Dietitian Christina Pelletier, MS, RDN, LDN, to learn about the relationship between how our eating patterns may affect our sleep and ways to potentially improve sleep with what we eat. The presentation will be followed by a Peanut Butter and Berry Chia Snack Bar recipe demonstration that participants will be able to sample. Attendees will also be offered Weis Markets' magazine Healthy Bites, which is filled with healthy recipes, a $5.00 Weis coupon, and a variety of handouts.
