Program Description

Description

All experience levels are welcome to participate in this forty-five-minute hatha yoga practice. In class, we will explore beginner-level asanas (comfortable stretching) and mindful movements designed to support your well-being on many levels. At times pranayama (breathing practices), Sanskrit chants, and guided meditations will also be included to complement the practice. Bring your yoga mat and a blanket.
