Carroll County Health Department's Health on Wheels Mobile Services

Health on Wheels will offer a range of services, including reproductive health services, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, blood pressure screening, smoking cessation, Naloxone training, peer support services, birth certificates, assistance with vaccines, WIC services by appointment, and health education. Not all services will be available at all locations. The schedule for locations and service information will be posted when available at https://cchd.maryland.gov/healthonwheels/.  

This program may occur inside the library while the vehicle is being winterized.
