Description

Prepare for the new school year by learning self-defense and strategies for handling bullies, with a focus on confidence, in this interactive seminar presented by Tristar Martial Arts Academy Westminster instructors. The self-defense portion of this program will include postures, blocks, grab escapes, techniques to protect peers, and more.
