Description

All are welcome at this series of author talks with Battle of the Books authors on Monday, 3/18 (Hena Khan and Natalie Lorenzi) and Friday, 3/22 (Ru Xu and Cammie McGovern).

Meet two authors featured on this year's Battle of the Books reading list! Hena Khan is the author of several books, including Amina's Voice, which brings to life the joys and challenges of a young Pakistani-American girl. Natalie Dias Lorenzi is the author of A Long Pitch Home, a sensitive and endearing contemporary novel about family, friends, and assimilation.

An author talk will be followed by an interview by Ted Zaleski and an audience Q&A. A book signing will follow the talk. Bring your copies or purchase books that night from A Likely Story Bookstore.

This event is sponsored by the Friends of Carroll County Public Library.
