Description

Learn the aspects of working in a commercial kitchen. This course includes hands-on use of equipment, including a flattop grill, fryer, commercial stove, and oven. Learn the concept of executing several orders at one time. Practice timing of having multiple orders ready for service at the same time. Students will produce several breakfast items and assist with class clean-up. This class is intended for those seeking employment in a commercial kitchen. Closed-toe shoes are required.
