This online event uses mindfulness and drawing to create a relaxing experience from the comfort of your home. Have fun with simple materials by engaging in a series of mindful drawing exercises focused on the process instead of the outcome. No drawing experience is necessary. Choose which techniques work best for you--there's lots of freedom to do your own thing. This is an encouraging, no-pressure environment to help you kickstart or deepen mindfulness and your drawing practice, in a safe non-judgmental way. Basic supplies to have on hand: paper, pencil and eraser, black marker or sharpie, crayons, markers, or colored pencils. Please register to receive the Zoom link; the link will be sent out by 5 PM on May 19.
