Program Description

Description

During the golden age of American trains, the opulent dining car was the heart of train life. Come aboard with chef and train enthusiast Jim Farace to discuss the history, fine service, chefs, and menus of dining cars from around the world. Participants will re-create several popular menu items for a taste of the railroad's luxury experience.
