Description

The history of how society treats individuals with disabilities is a rocky one. In this session, you learn about how those with disabilities have been considered in society in the past, what improvements have been made over time, and what we can do to create a more inclusive future for those who learn and engage differently. In addition to the talk, you will leave with resources for books you can read and movies you can watch to help you better understand this topic. Matthew Ramsey, President and CEO of Target Community & Educational Services, Inc., will lead this Facts First presentation.
